Industrial Respiratory Diseases
If you have suffered a respiratory disease attributable to your conditions at work, you may have a claim. It is not uncommon for any symptoms of such diseases to arise many years after exposure to the cause of the disease and, perhaps, many years after your employment with the offending employer has ended.
In many cases of respiratory diseases, it is not always immediately apparent that any symptoms are related to any work environment.
If you are suspicious that your symptoms are work related you must seek specialist legal advice, as well as medical advice immediately.
